We are married! It is finally the 3rd of May 2010. Yesterday was our wedding day, and we both had a wonderful time.
The only thing that went wrong, proved that I was right, in that celebrants are not to be trusted! I am so glad we had a friend who was always going to do most of the ceremony.
I think we handled our celebrants very late entrance with humour and grace, but as a result of the official celebrant being so late we had no time for shots of the two of us in the chapel or for extended family shots.
The rest of the day went really well, all of the other providers did their jobs flawlessly. I am so thriled be finally be able to say I'm a Mrs.
We will be leaving later this week!
