Meet Ri and I
While 99% of those who will read this know exactly who we are, I thought it would be nice to tell you a little be about who we are and how we met.
This is Ri. Ri is an Engineer (mech), his previous travel (sans me) includes, living in Tonga, holidays to Canada, USA (California and NYC), Paris, London, Turkey, New Zealand.
I am Tori. I'm a speech pathologist. My travel (sans Ri) has included Malaysia, USA (California, Nevada, Arizona), Mexico, Paris and London.
Ri and I have been to Japan together, Osako, Kyoto and Tokyo. In Australia in the last five years together have driven as far North as Cairns and as far South as Geelong. We're pretty good at spending hours and hours together in a car driving from Brisbane to anywhere, without killing each other.
Ri and I met in highschool in 2001. We were in the same Physics class. We became friends and went to our formal together in 2002. We would have never met if our best man and maid of honour had not dated in 2000.
In 2005, Ri finally asked me out, when we were both 3rd years at UQ.
In March 2008 Ri Proposed and 764 days later we're getting married in May this year.
I'm currently in the thick of organising the honeymoon while Ri organises the wedding invites (often our house feels like up-side-down land to most normal people with traditional gender roles). Our first 36 days are in the US and Canada!

Travel
Hi,
Ri and I will be doing a bit of travel this year. With Henari.
In 2007 we spent 10 days in Japan (which is where we met Henari) and when we returned we started talking about buying around the world tickets and seeing the world in 2010.
In March 2008 Ri asked me to marry him and I said "but I'm sucking on a lollipop" (then yes).
In May 2010 we are getting married, then we are leaving for six months and 2 days of world-wide travel.
